In the hands of skilled artisans, the material is then cut and sewn with an extraordinary attention to detail, beginning with single-needle stitching featuring 20-24 stitches per inch. This process may take longer, but it ensures the seams lay flatter and are more comfortable and durable. In fact, more than 80 minutes and 50 steps go into the creation of our shirts. Mother-of-pearl or other similar unbreakable buttons are carefully matched to the fabric of each shirt and then cross-stitched for strength.
