Returns & Exchanges

We want to be sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from the Tejon Ranch Clothing Collection. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return it within 30 days of the date of invoice. We will gladly exchange your product or credit your account. Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all garment tags still attached and with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to EXCHANGE a product, Tejon Ranch will gladly ship the replacement at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you. If your order has been sent to a destination within California, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the United States, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

Please note that merchandise purchased from other retailers, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. We only process returns and exchanges that were purchased via this website.



No returns or exchanges on clearance and sale items.

To return your purchase:

When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you received from Tejon Ranch Clothing Collection, go to order status and make the appropriate selection. We will then e-mail you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how and where to ship the item back. Upon return and receipt of the product, we will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling. All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included.


NOTE: When shipping product back to us, customers should choose the same shipper as when the product was delivered, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping.


Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.
